THE REGENCY POINT CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

As the volunteer Board of Directors, we strive to do our best to represent all owners in decisions regarding the maintenance of the community and the management of all business pertaining to the Association.  We will continue working with our managing agent, DellaValle Management, Inc, to provide a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment.

The Board of Directors holds a monthly meeting.  If you would like to attend any meeting, please contact us by email at RegencyPointPathKYCOA@gmail.com.  You may also contact our property management company, DMI at info@dmiky.com.

The Board meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-7:30pm at the DMI corporate office.  All owners are welcome to attend.  Please note that meeting dates and times could change.

Closing Packet for Buying a Regency Point Condominium All persons purchasing a condominium at Regency Point Path are required to complete a “Closing Packet”.  The payments listed in the packet should accompany the “Closing Packet” at closing.  DellaValle Management, Inc. will represent the association at all closings.  Please contact DellaValle Management, Inc. to discuss your closing date, time, and location.

Fence Approval Checklist This form is used to submit a request to alter a fence.  The fence is a common area and is not owned by an individual unit owner.
