Phase One:  New Roof Installation and Painting in Regency Point Completed

Regency Point Owners,

It’s been a long road, but as of November 16, 2021, the Phase One roofing and painting project in Regency Point has been completed.

The project was started in June of 2019, and bad weather, COVID-19, and more damage than anticipated caused many delays.   Much of the roof decking and the frame work around the windows was worse than expected and required extensive repairs.  The gutters and downspouts were not up to code and had to be replaced, this was an unexpected and added expense.  It has been a long and costly project but is now successfully completed.

The improved look and greatly improved protection from the elements are contributing to higher property values and an increased sense of pride in our community.

Phase Two will be begin in 2023.

The townhomes and garages at the back of the property will be re-roofed.
